Village Sausages cooked on marinated tomato sauce with green peppers, onion, a dash of Balsamic Vinegar, Garlic for taste, feta Cheese and the infamous Florinis Peppers.

LINGUINE WITH CARROT SAUCE
(A 90’s Classic with a Twist)
Pasta Linguine beautifully layered with home-made carrot sauce and yoghurt for creaminess; elegantly topped with buttery hazelnuts, carrot strips and chervil and sprinkled with chili flakes for an extra flare
Chana means ‘Chickpeas’ and Masala means ‘Spices’ cooked in tomato sauce, with ginger juice, cauliflower leaves, mixed with Agave Syrup and seasoned with aromatic spices and salt to bring out the flavors.
A vegetarian dish originated in the Indian Subcontinent consisting of thick creamy cheese (in our case, Halloumi or Cottage Cheese or if you are Vegetarian, Tofu) in a rich velvety paste made from pureed spinach, and seasoned with ginger, garlic, garam masala and other aromatic spices.
Vegetable Stew made from Sweet Potato, Celeriac, Beans and Cherry Tomatoes, with a pinch of Saffron, curry powder and other aromatic spices and Parmesan Cheese Rind for an extra rich and creamy flavor.
BEER-BATTERED MUSHROOM WITH RED CABBAGE SALAD
Portobello or Blushing wood mushrooms dipped in Beer Batter and Panko Crumbs and fried until golden, served on top of freshly shredded red cabbage salad, other aromatic greens with a drizzle of lime, maple syrup and rice vinegar. (Served with Chipotle Sauce)
MALAYSIAN NOODLES WITH TOFU
A Malaysian rice noodle dish, cooked with spring onions, white cabbage, bean sprouts and Tofu and served with Chilli Flakes, crispy onions and lime wedges.
